SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or hospitality, is proactive, enjoys creating dreamy content, and genuinely wants to make a positive impact on our community. You’ll be responsible for helping us match our audience to their dream home. Everyone on the team is a project manager and this role is no different. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the transformation of houses from purchase to sale and gain invaluable experiences in upcycling real estate.
The successful candidate will join an energetic, multi-faceted team where everyone gets their hands dirty and is unashamedly authentic. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Homes That Are Meant to Be Lived In
Manage home upcycling projects from purchase to transformation to sale
Support the marketing of upcycled homes
Turning Interest Into Real Conversations
Reach out to inbound leads quickly and thoughtfully (WhatsApp, calls, email, DMs)
Qualify buyer intent without being pushy
Keep documentation clean: follow-ups, notes, next steps, and outcomes
Buyer Guidance, Not Just Selling
Probe to understand a buyer’s intentions, lifestyle, and concerns
Guide buyers through viewings, decision-making, and the path to offer
Telling the Story of Better Homes
Generate content that showcases UrbanWave’s home upcycling journey from old house to thoughtful home (design choices, liveability details)
Contribute to honest and appealing storytelling that reflects the care behind each transformation
If you enjoy writing, visuals, or social media, this role gives you room to turn that into meaningful work
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
You are likely someone who:
Has sales experience and is customer centric
Is familiar and can speak confidently about neighbourhood differences and trade-offs in the Klang Valley
Is organised and can juggle multiple houses and buyers without dropping the ball
Is comfortable being on the ground conducting viewings, attending site visits, capturing content
